All hazardous waste must be disposed of through the EH&S Office. Enter your EH&S ID # on page one and proceed to page two.

Enter in the waste information:

Size of the container with units

Amount of the waste with units

Description of the waste, just as it appears on the label on the container of waste.

(All information must be completed or you will receive an error message.)
